Immediately, I could see his eyes glaze over. ‘Ah, yes, I have read a couple of those. I just felt it all sounded way to easy to actually work.’

7. Set goals that are achievable and are meaningful to you. We are looking to improve and better you and no one else. Others can build off your success, as you can build of theirs but your goals must be for you and you alone. We are out to improve and better YOU.

8. Remember the little things in life, be polite, give appreciation in person not in writing or emails. It’s all the other things your body says, that carry the message as you mean it to be heard ie your five senses.

9. Self improvement is an individual step that will only be achieved if your mental state is ready for the change. If its not then you will build blocks to your progress.
