Repeat those messages over and over and when you work hard at it, you will destroy your self-confidence. Everyone knows that having yourself positive, constructive messages is among the primary killers of sales slumps. Therefore if you’re looking to go down, quit talking some misconception. Use every single opportunity to psychologically practice your worst-case scenarios. Stop imagining just how good it seems to actually strike the goals you set and rather use all your psychological energy to prepare for disaster by vividly imaging each and every disaster. You’ll not just be not surprised when it happens, you’ll realize it will certainly appear a lot more easily.

Inspirational: Stay The Same (a message on self esteem)

I know this song by Joey MacIntyre came out a long time ago, but it was only recently that I *really* noticed it… when I actually paid attention to the lyrics. At that time I was putting together a self esteem workshop for high school girls, and the song was just a perfect fit. :-) This is the “slideshow” video that I showed during the final part of the workshop. I decided to upload it here because I felt the message was something a lot of people need to hear. (I play it over and over myself… on *certain* days.) :-) My only regret is that I wasn’t able to trace the actual sources of the photos used here (I’m so sorry!) because I just used Google’s image search, and I didn’t have time to check the sites.
