The trouble is our self esteem maybe low and we may lack confidence.We can find it very hard to make any choices at all, because we can feel incapable of making decisions ourselves.What you ought to really be asking is; Where do I want to be tomorrow? What choices would I like to create?
The foremost thing you have to realize if you are going to make any progress at all is this: You are an amazing, wonderful, special person. There is no individual quite like you in the entire the human race. Your fingerprints and DNA are quite different from anybody else’ on the planet. Your Body has the amazing talent to function and heal itself without you noticing. Your mind, how it thinks and operates is entirely unique to you. It’s correct to say that You are wonderfully made.
So out of six billion citizens in the world, you are unique. You have so much to offer, you have so much worth. You really are very, very important! Sometimes, though we find it so tough to believe that the above is correct in our case. Most women are the givers of the the human race and can be taken for granted. As a consequence we can lack confidence in our ability to make choices and direct our lives, So we need help to overcome our low confidence levels.When we lack confidence and have low self esteem we start to look for comfort and support. Most of us look to food as a source of comfort, reward, and to cheer us up. Why?
That is what our experience in life has trained us. We now just duplicate the process when we feel that way. Unfortunately we gain weight and find that this impacts more on our body image, more on our confidence, more on our self esteem.
Our life is impacted more than we think as quite often we tend to focus more on other things. In actuality we can launch ourselves into work or family problems or caring about others instead,rather than paying attention to the very thing that will be the solution. Have you found yourself doing that? You would deal with everything else other than the crisis that lies in front of you. You would help others more willingly than gain the help you need.
Take a good look at yourself and decide now. Make a pledge to adjust the way you think, feel, perform and live. You are no longer going to acknowledge that this is you. When you can apply yourself to Knowledge that is where you achieve success.Picture yourself energetic, valuable, and sought-after. That is exactly what you are! You simply need a little help to develop your mental picture, self esteem and confidence.
What we think about often and what we focus on, will affect our confidence and self esteem.Improve your thinking and focus on who you want to be.
